Please fill out these forms and bring them with payment to the event.  If you want to pay by credit card, email me at bretton@rockymountainbass.com and I will send you a PayPal payment request.  To cover PayPal fees, I have to add an additional 5% fee.

Membership to American Bass is $30 per person annually.  If you would like to join American Bass, please print out the following forms and fill them out.  Each member will need to complete an Application and a Waiver and Release.
