Kent and I wanted to give you some more information about these tournaments and time is getting short.  We will limit total participation in these open tournaments to 50 total persons.  That means approximately 25 boats (depending on single participants).  This will be on a first come, first served basis.  To make sure you have your spot, you will need to prepay.

The entry fee for the tournaments will be $155, (which includes a fee toward our insurance costs).  If you pay five (5) days prior to the tournament date -- you can do it through the website with the Paypal button on the "Home" page.  We give you a twenty dollar discount for prepayment, so your entry will be $135.  If you do not prepay at least five (5) days before, until we verify 25 boats, you can still pay online, but we are charging an additional $5 to cover processing fees.  Otherwise, you will have to pay $155 in cash at the tournament and we cannot guarantee that you will be able to fish.

We will have 2-3 option pots.  These have to be paid on the day of the tournament and must be paid in cash.  Plan on each option pot being $20.

You will be required to provide your insurance information for your boat insurance policy and you will be required to sign a waiver and release of liability form.  You must comply with all tournament rules, which are posted here as well.  We will hold a pre-tournament meeting approximately 45 minutes prior to launch, which we anticipate will be at safe light.  More information will be sent as we get closer to the tournament dates.  Stay tuned to the website and our Facebook page as more details will be given.  You are welcome to contact either me or Kent regarding these tournaments.  As many of you have discovered, your best bet in contacting me (Bretton) is over my email or via text message.
